“I was attending undergraduate at UW La Crosse with a goal of one day being a sports medicine physician or an oncologist. One evening, I was in a car accident and experienced low back pain for the first time in my life. After several weeks of visits to the medical doctor and just masking the pain with medication, I decided to “try something different” and see a Chiropractor. I was very surprised at how quickly I was back sitting in class without pain, and before I knew it I was back to being active. I decided to switch my career path to Chiropractic, and have never looked back.” – Dr. Adam Shadick
